We are currently looking for an experienced Aftersales / Service Advisor to join our team to help support our Aftersales/Service division in Crewe. The successful candidate must have proven track record within an Aftersales / Motor Vehicle environment and an absolute understanding and passion for top class Customer Service. We focus on employing the very best staff who can display excellent customer satisfaction, whilst making every contact with our company a great experience to ensure a long-lasting relationship.

The Service Advisor role requires someone who is well organised, has a strong attention to detail, is customer focused and who is confident in this Sales environment. Full product training will be given but prior knowledge of any of our brands would be advantageous. Essential:

  • Motor Trade Service Advisor: 2 years experience
  • A genuine desire to deliver the highest standards of customer engagement and satisfaction
  • A team player with a confident and friendly manner
  • Ensure delivery of all opportunities
  • Ability to work with company processes / systems
  • Be able to manage the booking system to make sure appointments are logged correctly and time slots filled
  • Manage each customer journey from start to finish
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A great outgoing personality
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Forward thinking mentality
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Full UK Driving license
