We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Adviser to join our team to support our Aftersales division in Crewe. The successful candidate must have proven track record within an Aftersales / Motor Vehicle environment and an absolute understanding and passion for top class Customer Service. We focus on employing the very best staff who can display excellent customer satisfaction whilst making every contact with our company a great experience to ensure a long-lasting relationship.

The Customer Service Adviser role requires someone who is well organised, has a strong attention to detail, is customer focused and is confident in this fast-moving environment. Full product training will be given but prior knowledge of any of our brands would be advantageous.
