Important customer information regarding our COVID-19 policy, in-line with the latest government guidelines.

As per the latest Government guidelines, face coverings are no longer compulsory in our dealerships for staff or customers as of the 27th of January. However, if you would feel more comfortable wearing a face covering or would like our staff to wear one whilst you visit, we are more than happy to oblige. Sanitation stations will continue to be at all entrances to the dealerships along with additional masks. Thank you for your compliance and please stay safe.

ALL our dealerships are open to visit. We are still offering multiple ways to get in touch, including visits to the dealerships, virtual/telephone appointments, video tours of cars and ‘Buy online’. We also offer free contactless delivery and an easy to use click and collect service.

All our Aftersales functions are open, this includes Service, MOT, Essential Repairs and Parts. If you have your car booked in or need to make a booking it is still ok to do so as you would normally.

Again, the safety of our colleagues and our customers is of utmost importance and as a group, we are keeping up to date with any developments and adjusting any measures in place accordingly.

Acorn Motor Group dealerships have social distancing stickers scattered all around to make it as easy as possible for our staff and you to be as safe as possible.

All of our dealerships are fully equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for our staff as safety for both you and them is our top priority.

We can still offer zoom/teams/video calls and telephone appointments, personalised videos, valuing of your part-exchange and organise finance from the comfort of your home. We continue to offer a ‘click and collect’ service with a contactless and hygienic handover process. Home delivery options are available on request.
